  • "Amidst the majestic peaks, our hearts resonate with the echo of love." How to find the wedding venue that your heart resonates with!

River ceremony area at outdoor wedding venue near Kalispell, Montana ©ashleyromancephotography Finding the Perfect Venue for Your Heart's Resonance Choosing a venue that resonates with your emotions and reflects your essence of love is the way to find your wedding venue. At The River House, riverhousemontana.com , we understand that the venue needs to feel right not just check all the boxes. It's a energy thing that happens when you go to places. It stirs your heart and affects you into the depths of your soul. We've all had this on vacations, in nature or sometimes meeting someone, like you fiance! Getting excited when you tour a wedding venue is a good indication and a start to finding your perfect venue. Sometimes it's more than facts, it goes into the mysterious realm of just knowing. Here are some steps to help you listen to your inner self in finding your wedding venue. 1. Shut your eyes and visualize what you want your wedding to be. It helps to have a friend with you so they can write down what you experience. Notice what you're seeing, no judging just notice. Notice what you're smelling. Notice what you're hearing. Touch something you might want to see at your wedding. Now I want you to taste, it could be the food you want to serve or what the natural environment is sending you. Notice what you're feeling. Bring it all together and experience what your body is telling you, notice different sensations and where you feel them. What we are talking about is multisensory visualization or Synesthesia  ( American English ) or  synaesthesia  ( British English ) is a perceptual phenomenon in which  stimulation  of one sensory or cognitive pathway leads to involuntary experiences in a second sensory or cognitive pathway. [1 View of Swan River from outdoor wedding venue near Kalispell, Montana Basically it's helping the brain to use multiple senses at once. Incorporating multisensory processing into visualizing your wedding and picking out your venue can significantly enhance your wedding experience, the memories you create and it can increase the depth of satisfaction with everything. After you compile at that information take your notes with you when touring. At each venue find a quiet place and shut your eyes. Again notice all your senses: seeing, smelling, hearing, tasting and feeling, see how it compares to your original vision. It might equal, surpass or not compare to your desired experience. If you and your partner will both do this, it will reveal each person's desire in how they want to experience their wedding. .  Why Multisensory Visualization Helps in choosing your wedding venue: It helps you remember:  Research in cognitive psychology shows that memories linked to multiple senses create stronger neural connections in the brain's memory center (hippocampus) than just visual memories. When you go back home and your reviewing what you saw your brain will have increased imprinting on what you experienced at each venue. Deeper Emotional Connection:  Engaging multiple senses can help you visualize and then create a rich, connective wedding that represents your deepest desires. Enhanced Immersion:  By activating all five senses, you can create a truly immersive and unique celebration.  How to Use Multisensory Visualization in preparing your Wedding: 1. Sight (Visuals): Go Beyond the Obvious:  While visuals are crucial, think about how they interact and tell a story. Motion and Visual Storytelling:  Incorporate dynamic elements like kinetic lighting or projections to enhance the visual experience and create a enchanting atmosphere. Layered Depth:  Use light, color, shadow, and a variety of materials to add dimension to your space, especially in darker venues.  Beautiful Views; Many outdoor wedding venues in Montana are full of natural beauty. Being strategic in what you see with what event adds another level of experience for everyone. Being in awe of the landscape creates an increased sense of love and gratification. Outdoor ceremony area at wedding venue by Kalispell, Montana 2. Sound (Auditory): Create a Soundtrack:  Select music that reflects your individual style and has special meaning to both of you as a couple. Ambient Soundscapes:  Don't forget the power of ambient noise! Soft sounds like light chatter or the clinking of glasses can add another dimension to your wedding's soundscape. Mindful Listening:  During the wedding, take moments to consciously listen to the sounds around you, such as the laughter of guests or the music playing. Here at The River House you can hear the rivers rushing by, birds such as ravens and crows or even the occasional howling of a nearby wolf pack! 3. Smell (Olfactory): Signature Scent:  Choose a unique fragrance for your wedding day, perhaps a perfume or cologne you haven't used before, to create a lasting olfactory memory. Scented Florals:  Incorporate fragrant flowers like roses, gardenias, or hyacinths to enhance the olfactory experience for your guests. Seasonal Aromas:  Consider using seasonal spices or scents like cinnamon or citrus to evoke a particular mood or atmosphere.  Nature : One advantage in a outdoor wedding venue in Montana can be the smell of the forest and water. Sometimes at The River House the scents of nature are so intensely beautiful they are tied into the deepest feelings of well being. 4. Touch (Tactile): Diverse Textures:  Incorporate a variety of textures throughout your wedding decor, from velvet drapes to moss centerpieces, to engage guests' sense of touch. At The River House we have a variety of wool turkish carpets, velvet curtains and linen sheets. Creating a sense of belonging and joy can be done in all the decorating elements that are used. There'a also a wealth of natural elements around to use, wildflowers, pinecones, pine boughs, rocks form the river and beautiful grasses. Hands-on Elements:  Consider interactive elements like a build-your-own station or tactile art installations such as hat stations, food bars or photo booths such as The Looking Glass Photo Booth in Kalispell, Montana, 406-499-2309. Moments of Connection:  Consciously enjoy the feel of your wedding dress, embrace whatever weather you have for the celebration, enjoy the connection of your partner and those around you, and the touch of different textures symbolically and literally throughout the day.  5. Taste (Gustatory): Thoughtful Food and Drink Choices:  Select menu items that reflect your preferences and offer unique flavors and textures. Signature Cocktails or Dishes:  Create a special drink or a dish that can be enjoyed again in the future, triggering wonderful memories of your wedding day.  In summary,  by intentionally bringing all five senses into your wedding visualization and planning, you can create a truly memorable and impactful experience that will be embraced for years to come.  Rainbow at outdoor wedding venue near Missoula, Montana If romance, beauty, great photos, a sense of well being and great adventures are in your wedding vision consider contacting us for more information, https://www.riverhousemontana.com/contact-8 . • When should you book a wedding venue after your proposal?

Bride & groom at outdoor wedding venue near Missoula, MT ©ashleyromancephotography Here at The River House, riverhousemontana.com , we see most couples booking with us about one year before their wedding, often a month or so after their wedding proposal. Because we are located between Missoula and Kalispell, we see couples from both cities coming out to Condon, MT for their wedding. For many the venue is usually the beginning of the wedding planning process, here are some primary considerations. " Join us on a journey to the unexpected—where love meets the wild!"   After the engagement and you both have celebrated your proposal, you should start researching venues. Many locations can book up quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons so you want to make it a priority. 1. Set a Date In considering which venues to tour, you need an approximate date. That information lets you know if a certain venue is even a possibility. The time of year also starts creating the vision for your wedding. So it's not just date, but dates. At the River House we only do two or three night packages. For our couples they desire an experience for themselves and their guests. Having at least one day before the wedding gives everyone the time to connect, decorate and have a rehearsal dinner or just relax. At The River House once you rent the venue you can have many celebrations there during that time. We have seen wedding showers done in our beautiful Montana renovated log buildings, it's convenient since all the important people are there. The venue is large enough if you didn't want a combined shower you could have 2 seperate ones! Couples often have their rehearsal dinner catered or they can have family set ups. In the Swan Valley we have three different catering options; The Hungry Bear; 406-754-2240, a restaurant down the road, Bear Tracks; 406-209-2023, a local pizza establishment and ShipWreck Diner; 406-754-2212 a food truck. 2. Consider Your Guest List Have a rough estimate of how many guests you want. This will influence your choice of venue, as different locations have varying capacities. This also correlates to your budget and vision. For many venues there are overnight accommodations. The River House offers sleeping for up to 24 people. This again allows for a cohesive experience with your closest guests not having to leave the venue. Having the support and opportunity to spend time with those closest to you can reduce stress and increase joy. 3. Research Venue Options Take some time to visit potential venues. This allows you to assess their ambiance, services, and suitability for your wedding. By going to at least to three venues you can narrow down your priorities. For some having an outdoor wedding with beautiful scenery is most important for others it would be convenience. Barn at outdoor wedding venue near Missoula, Montana 5. Book 12-16 Months in Advance For most couples, booking the venue 12 to 16 months before the wedding date is ideal. This timeframe increases your chances of securing your desired location and date. Booking earlier can often create a form pf payment plan. At The River House we spread out the payments to make it easier on the couples. Swan River on outdoor wedding venue near Missoula, MT 6. Consider Off-Peak Seasons If you're flexible with your wedding date, consider booking during off-peak seasons. This can often lead to better rates and more availability. In Montana weather is always a consideration. Before mid May or after mid October it can snow in Montana. Some venues are geared more to the warmer times of the year so this all works into your wedding vision. 7. Finalize Your Budget Before making a commitment, ensure you have a clear understanding of your budget. Venue costs are an investment into yourselves but it's important to align your choice with your financial plan. We've seen couples ask the people staying at the venue to pitch in for their accommodations so this could be figured into the cost. Some venues are inclusive providing everything where others, like The River House allow you to bring in your desired food and drinks. A non-inclusive venue can give you more freedom to create what you want. 8. Sign the Contract Once you've selected a venue, review and sign the contract promptly. This secures your date and protects your interests. By following these guidelines, you can ensure that you book your wedding venue at the right time for a successful celebration. Think of your wedding venue as the foundation of the entire event. From there you'll create all the aspects that make your wedding yours. Not only should the venue check your boxes but you want to make sure you feel good with the owners or managers. You will be communicating and connecting with these people over the planning stages. Finding a good fit will reduce stress and make the wedding planning process that much more enjoyable. Th e setting also creates a picture of peace and overall ambiance for wedding vows. Wedding ceremony area in Swan Mountains, Montana The mountains, rivers and beautiful scenery also awaken our senses, they connect us to the natural world which has long calmed the human brain, in fact they are rooted in our evolution.(The Art Instinct by Dennis Dutton) Throughout history we have lived as hunter-gathers spending a lot of time in nature. The ecosystem provided our survival, food, water and shelter. Consequently being in nature takes us back to our natural home, creating a sense of satisfaction and safety. Author of book  The Art Instinct by  Dennis Dutton puts forth the theory that we humans are biologically and neurologically drawn to beauty — whether in nature, art or other forms. Here’s a  TED talk by illustrator Andrew Park  that describes this. Beauty helps us find wonder in the world and brings joy to our sense of being. To be surrounded in natural beauty on one of the most important days in your life, a wedding, is a blessing. Outdoor wedding venue around Kalispell, Montana with Swan River & Mountains Mountains, rivers and forests all connect us to our desire for the natural world. Biophilia  explains the idea that human beings have a fundamental connection with the natural world and with other living things — and that we  need  and crave this connection. Being in these natural environments again connects us to our deep heritage on all levels, the heart, brain and soul. When we are in nature it helps us. First it reduces anxiety and depression by releasing endorphins and other positiver neurochemicals. According to the Cleveland Clinc, "Endorphins are produced to help relieve pain, reduce stress and improve mood". Endorphins can be boosted by exercising, eating, getting a massage and many other ways such as getting married at The River House in Montana! Consequently , nature relaxes us and promotes feelings of well being and connection to others. So since weddings can cause some stress, being married outside and in the mountains offers the opportunity to reduce anxiousness. As noted in a.c.e Nature, "Landscapes Help Us Experience Awe." Often in life, events can be challenging, so for your wedding experience you want to leave that all behind and walk into a place of awe. Here at The River House we offer just that, a wedding venue surrounded by majestic mountain peaks, rivers and forests. Let the scenery in Swan Valley, Montana take you to a place of speechlessness and tranquility which can lead a couple into the beginnings of their life together. Nestled between The Swan Mountains to the east and the Mission Mountains to the west there are many breathtaking views. Other significant peaks are  Goat Mountain ,  Ptarmigan Benchmark , and  Cardinal Peak .These peaks are located within the Swan Range, which borders the Bob Marshall Wilderness which is known for its gorgeous scenery and rugged terrain. Driving down Highway 83 gives one many beautiful views and photo opportunities. The elevations on those mountain peaks are the following: Swan Peak : The second highest peak, at 9,289 feet (2,831 m). Goat Mountain : Another significant peak, with an elevation of 8,845 feet (2,696 m). Ptarmigan Benchmark : Located at an elevation of 9,083 feet (2,768 m). Some of these lakes allow motorized boats others are perfect for fishing, swimming and kayaking. The Swan River is a beautiful and recreational river that meanders through the Swan Valley. As stated on Wikipedia: "The Swan originates at Gray Wolf Lake in the Mission Mountains, at 6,650 feet (2,030 m) above sea level. [6]  Fed partly by melt from the  Gray Wolf Glacier , the river descends through a short and steep canyon to  Lindbergh Lake , at the base of the Mission Mountains. From there the river flows briefly east before turning north, passing  Condon , flowing about 75 miles (121 km) to the northern end of the valley where it empties into  Swan Lake . At the north end of the 10-mile (16 km) long lake, the river emerges into the  Flathead Valley , where it turns abruptly west through a canyon, emptying into  Flathead Lake  at the town of  Bigfork . Via Flathead Lake, it eventually drains to the  Flathead River , a major tributary in the  Columbia River system." The Swan River with The Mission Mountains at an outdoor wedding venue.  The Swan Valley is situated between The Bob Marshall Wilderness Area and The Mission Wilderness Area. The valley is a significant corridor for much wildlife including Grizzly and Black Bears, Mountain Lions, Elk and Deer. It's been referred to as a complete ecosystem. The valley is often studied for its ecological significance. The Swan Valley is one of the few places in North America with a complete amount of native species in their natural habitats. There are numerous wetlands providing homes for a variety of species including migratory birds and fish. The valley has a large Grizzly Bear population which adds to the wildness of the area. The large amount of wild water in the area also contributes to the health and wealth of the ecosystem. Consequently the Swan Valley in Northwestern Montana is loved by humans and many other species. Again it's no wonder that the beauty in the valley speaks of love; love for the natural world and love for the important people in your life. We chose our spot on the Swan River so we could open a wedding venue for couples, family and friends. In ceremony and celebration you can stand beneath the towering peaks and the rushing waters of the Swan River to witness two becoming one. In fact The River House has just that when Glacier Creek merges into the Swan River we visibly see the effect of two becoming one. When two people come together to join their love, talents and individuality you get a stronger force of life. Whether it's metaphorical or literal the River House stands for the merging of lives. We all will welcome the eventual opening of Holland Lake Lodge but you can have the privacy and beauty of the Swan Valley by having your wedding at The River House. When you have a multi-day wedding celebration, you can travel a few miles down the road to swim in Holland Lake and hike Holland Lake Falls. • How your honeymoon can continue to create a passionate and intimate relationship!

Swan Mountains view at a wedding venue near Kalispell, Montana "Two passports one love story" is a sentiment felt by many couples who travel together. To share your life with someone else who loves to see beyond their world can be one of the most intimate ways to live. Here at The River House Wedding Venue, riverhousemontana.com we know we live in one of the most beautiful places in the world but we also know our appreciation increases as we see what other treasures exist in the world! To travel takes one beyond their scope of history and knowledge to the great unknown. It's a true reflection of life itself, embracing change and actually desiring it. With these great adventures brings a delve into different cultures, food, religions and self-awareness. In daily life we all engage in routines which is necessary and stabilizing however without any changes it can often become mundane and repetitive. According to The Self-Expansion Theory it claims that we are all driven to grow and that transfers over to our relationships through new hobbies, perspectives and of course travel. (Aron and colleagues, 2022). Research has shown when couples are involved in activities that are expansive it brings with it many positive outcomes for their relationship including higher satisfaction with each other and passion. (Aron and colleagues, 2021) Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, France By all accounts the right travel can definitely be expansive and bonding but we all do know travel can work two ways, either break it or make it. I would highly recommend traveling together prior to a marriage. Travel shows each other a very true picture of how we react to unpredictability and sometimes stress. So assuming you've already gotten some trips under your belt prior to you honeymoon let's look at how do you find an ultimate adventure celebrating your life together! -Try something new, finding a new place for both of you will increase the chances of self-expansion. Facing novelty together will usually increase feelings of anticipation and excitement, these emotions will then often integrate right into your relationship. -Find new places that appeal to both of you. Research has shown that how much money you spend has nothing to do with the degree of satisfaction from a trip. -To narrow down your choices, do have a budget of what you want to spend then examine what activities you both want. There is almost always compromise for that's what happens when you bring two people together. -After you know the money you want to spend and the type of activities you both want then each of you should write down 3 options on a piece of paper. Bring your ideas to each other and first see if there's anything similar and start from there. A bridge in Bhutan -If finding one place isn't conclusive pick two and start research. It maybe one person is more the planner, whoever it is should love the process. I personally often narrow down my choices by where I want to stay, a cool airbnb, hotel or resort. -Find the place that gets you both excited. Once you've found it then the fun really begins! Because wedding planning is already stressful try to plan the honeymoon as a break from all the other stress. Many couples do delay the honeymoon for practical reasons. If you decide to put off the honeymoon than by coming to The River House for your wedding you'll still have much to anticipate and be excited about. So just as your honeymoon should fit into The Self Expansion Theory so could your wedding venue. At our outdoor Montana wedding venue we have beautiful scenery, a vast wilderness to explore and the peaceful banks of the Swan River to chill by. View your wedding venue as a great precursor to a bigger retreat later on. Through it all you want to connect with each other and all that matters to you. Even though you are different people there will be a similar set of values and passions so finding those in your wedding venue and then your honeymoon will reenforce what makes your relationship special and unique. In my next blog I will propose exciting and unique travel possibilities. Night sky at Western Montana wedding venue. We'd love for you check us out at riverhousemontana.com  and schedule a tour. • Why it might be better NOT to get married at Glacier National Park and instead find a beautiful Northwest Montana outdoor wedding venue!

Outdoor Northwest Montana wedding venue with Swan River and Swan Mountains. Why getting married in Glacier National Park could be overwhelming while a ceremony at a wedding venue in NW Montana could offer all you desire. Here at the River House, riverhousemontana.com we have beautiful Northwest Montana scenery combined with the intimacy of a good friend. Glacier has become a very popular ceremony choice for couples yet many many don't realize the complexities and compromises you have to make. Here are some of the logistics in marrying at Glacier National Park. 1. Attainability and accessibility can sometimes be a challenge. Glacier National Park can be difficult to access, especially during the heightened tourist times such as summer! Getting all your guests to Glacier and ensuring that everyone can enjoy the celebration without stress is one more thing to worry about. Crowds, traffic, regulations, weather and lack of privacy are a few reasons why a private outdoor wedding venue in Northwest Montana is a more desirable option for many couples. 2. Weather can be unpredictable. The weather in Glacier can vary quickly, with sudden changes that might influence your day. Because of elevation and varied microclimates, combined with the influence of the Pacific and Arctic air masses, can create rapid temperature changes, increased precipitation, and diverse weather conditions across the park.  Choosing a wedding venue in Northwest Montana may offer more reliable weather conditions for your special day plus you can have a backup such as a tent in case it decides to pour or snow. 3. Crowd Control Glacier National Park is a popular destination, which means it is crowded, especially during the summer months. Count on traffic jams, cars can be backed up for quite a distance. There is a car permit procedure in place which adds to more confusion. There are also construction operations in the park you need to be aware of at any time. A more secluded outdoor venue in Northwest Montana could provide a more intimate setting for your family and guests. 4. Venue Amenities Many wedding venues in Northwest Montana offer amenities such as catering services, restrooms, and accommodations for guests, which may not be readily available in a national park setting. Finding readily accessible restrooms in the park often can have long lines. Places to eat or relax in Glacier will be crowded with a lot of people you don't know. 5. Scenic Variety While Glacier National Park is stunning, Northwest Montana has a multiple beautiful outdoor wedding venues that offer mountainous landscapes, lakes and forests allowing for gorgeous and personalized wedding photos. 6. Flexibility and Customization Montana wedding venues often allow you to individualize your celebration with lighting, outdoor furniture and of course music! Certain park sites limit the number of guests to 10 at your wedding where venues can often accommodate up to 150 people or more. 7. Environmental Considerations Having a wedding in Glacier national Park comes with strict regulations to protect the environment. Here is a breakdown of the parks ceremony guidelines. Here is the site at Glacier National Park for official information, https://www.nps.gov/glac/planyourvisit/weddings.htm#:~:text=This%20is%20regardless%20of%20the,further%20before%20submitting%20an%20application . Special Use Permit : Required for any vow exchange or ceremony, regardless of group size or officiant.  Can be applied for online, but it's recommended to consult with a photographer and park staff on location and timing before submitting, as location rules can tighten.  Permits are issued for two hours, covering the time needed for setup, the ceremony, and vacating the location.  The application fee is $125, and permits must be submitted at least 20 business days before the ceremony date.  Montana Marriage License : You'll need to obtain a marriage license from the Flathead County Courthouse in Kalispell.  The courthouse is located at 920 South Main, Kalispell, MT 59901, open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.  You'll need your birth certificates or driver's licenses, and the fee is $53.  You can fill out the application online in advance.  Other Important Considerations: Most desirable locations have a limit of 10 guests and only two ceremonies per day.  Be sure to specify the exact times and location names on your permit application, and list all equipment you'll be bringing.  No confetti, glitter, or tossing petals are allowed.  You may need to pay for park entrance fees separately, as the permit does not cover them.  Northwest Montana wedding venue near Glacier National Park For some Glacier is it for their ceremony but for many it lacks the authentic experience they are looking for. To make sure you're equipped to enjoy your wedding and time in Northwestern Montana we have compiled a list of what to bring. Swan River & Swan Mountains at outdoor wedding venue near Missoula & Kalispell, Montana Let's start with the wedding itself. Of course, start with all the wedding attire you want. Think of everything you're wearing on your wedding day and write it down. Having a bag specifically for your wedding day will help with organization. If you're flying, consider either shipping the items or having a carry-on to reduce any mishaps. Examine all the accessories that go into your day such as jewelry, makeup and hair decor. If your having someone help with your hair and makeup check to see with them what you should bring. Many venues have hair dryers and makeup mirrors for your use. At the River House we offer boutique, high end toiletries to help your day be even more special. As most wedding venues there are dressing areas for the bride and groom. At The River House the bride and bridal party have the access to the entire main cabin which includes 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Having ready made food, drinks of choice and preferred music helps to create the perfect environment of joy and excitement all with privacy and relaxation. Bride & bridesmaids at Montana wedding venue near Kalispell. Have a list compiled of all the celebrations that will go into your wedding. If you're staying somewhere like The River House you get the opportunity to turn your wedding into a 3 day celebration. Make sure you have clothes planned for the rehearsal dinner, your wedding night and the day after. Shoes, don't forget the shoes that accompany each event. Getting married at an outdoor wedding venue in Montana can take some extra consideration. Often the ground is uneven, rocky and dusty, for you could be in the mountains and forest. That doesn't mean you have to wear hiking boots for your wedding but maybe not stilettos either. Find a shoe that can handle different terrain, be somewhat comfortable and of course ones that make you feel happy. Giving yourself enough time to evaluate options would be advisable. It's wise to have another pair of shoes for the reception, ones that help you float through the many conversations, standing and dancing into the night. Dancing at outdoor wedding venue near Missoula, Montana Now let's review specific items for a wedding in Montana. First is clothing and weather. In Condon, Montana we do have a wide variety of weather any time of the year. A week before your wedding the forecasts can clue you into your wedding scenario. As it's not guaranteed, make sure you have something to keep you warm at night. Depending on your dress and wedding theme you have many choices. Anything from a down or fleece jacket to a shawl or poncho! Just know even if the days are hot once the sun goes down the mountain air can get cool. We've already gone over shoes for the wedding but for recreation you'll need something different. When you marry in Montana hopefully you have time to have a hike to realign your nervous system with nature. Walking on trails requires at least a walking or hiking shoe, depending on distance and terrain. Here at The River House we have beautiful and many easy trails just up the road. The paths are often cleared and some are an easy walk towards the Mission Mountains. It's also good to bring water shoes for all the rivers and lakes we have in the area. The Swan River at The River House has great fishing holes and swimming holes. Hike by outdoor wedding venue and Mission Mountains in Condon, Montana Getting married in Western Montana also means you are immersed in nature. The River House is located in Swan Valley which is one of the most complete ecosystems in the lower 48. Being in Montana means you are sharing the outdoors with wildlife. The wildlife includes deer, elk, mountain lions, black bears and grizzly bears. It's an honor to recreate in such a beautiful and wild area but it comes with awareness and respect. No one should walk on trails or even in any forest or river area without bear spray. You can't bring bear spray onto a plane or across a border but many stores sell them. When you go grocery shopping put a few bear sprays onto your list. Here at The River House we have guidelines for how to use the spray. Because we are on the Swan River and Glacier Creek we take extra precaution when walking there. When in groups the noise will often deter an encounter. The other thing to mention is to make noise when walking alone and if camping do not take any food or drinks into a tent! Being aware of your natural surroundings so you can enjoy all that nature has to offer. Some people enjoy using hiking sticks so having a few for family and friends is a good idea. Be sure to grab your bathing suit so you go into our 12 person hot tub or go swimming in lakes or rivers. Add to the list bug spray, water bottle and sun protection and you're good to go adventuring in Western Montana 12 person hot tub at outdoor wedding venue near Missoula, Montana The unique outdoor opportunities Montana has to offer is just one good reason to get married here. If there's a song that represents you both falling in love or an inspirational song of what you mean to each other, it can be worked into your ceremony. Not only does it carry significance to the two of you but it also can offer guests another glimpse into your unique love story. Having music play during quieter times of the wedding ceremony offers your guests a soothing and relaxing time. Weddings can be so busy and rushed, music can slow it down to help everyone be more mindful of the experience. The songs played will imprint on everyone reminding them of your wedding for years to come. Live music if chosen can become a more interactive experience through movement, clapping or singing. If you hire professional musicians it will have a elevated event of the blending of a beautiful space and sound. Music during the ceremony also can cover unexpected sounds so a more serene environment can be had. "Perfect," by Ed Sheeran "Can't Help Falling in Love," by Elvis "Joy of My Life," by Chris Stapleton "Growing Old With You" by Restless Road "Lover," by Taylor Swift "At Last," by Etta James "Better Together" by Luke Combs "I Get to Love You," by Ruelle "All of Me," by John Legend "Beyond," by Leon Bridges "Planning a wedding is all about creating moments that feel uniquely yours. One of the most powerful ways to make your ceremony unforgettable is through live music. As a wedding musician, I love collaborating with couples to craft the perfect soundtrack for their ceremony and cocktail reception. Whether it’s performing the song that played on your first date or arranging a fresh take on a tune that holds special meaning, I make it my purpose to bring your vision to life. There is the option of having a DJ simply play a recording of the song, but live music has a uniqueness that cannot be replicated; the performance exists for that one time only. I’ve had the privilege of performing for over 80 weddings, which also means I know how to adapt when the unexpected happens and still deliver a seamless performance. And throughout it all, I stay focused on what matters most—that this day is about you and the love you’re celebrating. What’s great about working with a solo guitarist like me is the flexibility it brings. If there are last-minute changes, I’m quick to adjust and when it comes to logistics, my guitar and I are highly portable which can be useful or even essential at some remote outdoor venues. If you’re looking to add that extra layer of magic to your wedding, I’d love to help create a soundtrack that’s as meaningful and unforgettable as the love you’re celebrating.
